Cancellations

Cancelling an order Contact 2025bps1067@sgtbkhalsa.du.ac.in with your order number as soon as you want to cancel. You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided it has not already been dispatched or supplied. After dispatch or supply If the order has already been dispatched, we will explain the available return/refund process. Statutory cancellation rights apply independently of our operational processing window. Special conditions for personalised goods, pre-orders or digital supply must be disclosed before purchase. Cancellation confirmation and payment A request is not a confirmed cancellation until we respond or your order status confirms it. For an accepted cancellation, we initiate any refund due within 7 business days or the legal deadline, whichever applies. Bank processing can take additional time. We will not add an undisclosed cancellation fee. If we need to cancel If stock, payment verification or another genuine fulfilment problem prevents us from accepting or fulfilling the order, we notify you and refund any amount due. An incorrect price or product description is handled in accordance with applicable law; we do not silently substitute a different item. Your statutory rights remain unchanged. These policies do not exclude remedies required by applicable consumer law, including for defective, incorrect, misdescribed or undelivered goods or services. Where mandatory law gives you greater protection, that law applies.
