Processing We normally process confirmed orders within 1–3 business days. Business days exclude local public holidays and weekends unless a specific delivery service says otherwise. Pre-orders, personalised goods or other items with different timelines are identified before purchase. Delivery estimates After dispatch, delivery normally takes 3–7 business days. The destination, courier and selected service can affect timing. These are estimates; any specific delivery commitment shown at checkout remains applicable. Tracking is provided when available. Address and contact details Check your delivery address, postcode and contact number before ordering. Tell us promptly about corrections. Once an order has been handed to the courier, changes may be limited; we will explain the options and any agreed additional cost. Delays, loss and damage If an order is delayed, lost, damaged or marked delivered but not received, contact 2025bps1067@sgtbkhalsa.du.ac.in. We investigate with the delivery provider and arrange the remedy required by the circumstances and law. A courier status alone does not remove your rights. We do not require you to resolve our delivery-provider relationship yourself. Unavailable delivery and returned parcels If we cannot fulfil an order or meet a promised delivery commitment, we will contact you about an agreed alternative or applicable cancellation/refund. For an uncollected parcel or address problem, we explain any proposed redelivery charge before you accept it. International delivery and customs charges, where offered, must be separately disclosed before purchase. Your statutory rights remain unchanged. These policies do not exclude remedies required by applicable consumer law, including for defective, incorrect, misdescribed or undelivered goods or services. Where mandatory law gives you greater protection, that law applies.
